B1+ Dawn Maslar - The Science of Attraction

This fun listening lesson plan is suitable for both late-teens and adults. The exercises in the lesson help intermediate students expand their descriptive vocabulary and support their opinion in a discussion. It is based on fascinating TED Ed. presentation that discusses the unseen things that make us attractive to each other.  The lesson focuses on using adjectives and language structures to describe appearance and character. Students will talk about what they find attractive in a partner before watching the video. As they listen to the presentation, they will complete a listening exercise and then discuss the contents of the video.
